My functional pieces are thrown on the potter�s wheel using a high fire stoneware clay. I make a variety of forms including baking dishes, pitchers, planters, bowls, vases, etc. The glazes are blue and cream with flowing floral motifs. I mix all the glazes myself and the pieces are safe to be used with food. The pieces may be used in the microwave, oven, and dishwasher with a few precautions. My work is sold at art fairs and at Womancraft, Chapel Hill, NC.
